Ways I see myself creative

In what ways do you see yourself as creative? What roadblocks do you sometimes find yourself coming up against as you nurture your creativity?

Ways I believe I see myself as creative would be in 2 ways, writing and drawing. Why I see myself as creative in these ways is for a couple of reasons. writing became a way in which I can express myself like a diary. Or when I am writing a paper for a class this is a way to show my teacher how I am as a person outside of school. In school, I'm the shy type and barely speak. So being able to participate or show who I really am without talking is by writing. It was another way for me to connect with people. Drawing is one of the most common ones that I've seen ways people express themselves. When I draw I use it to let my thoughts come to life with my drawings. I grew up with my dad building things and designing things so I adapted the use of drawing to show my creativity. I'm not the best at drawing but I'm decent to where I know what I'm trying to design or show.

Roadblocks that I find myself coming up against in my nurture my creativity are when people know more than what I know when it comes to creativity. Or when people's designs are better than mine. Basically comparing my work ability to theirs. But over time I grew to know that there's always going to be someone who has better designs or more advanced work than what you produced and it's ok. Everyone is creative in their own way and not everyone thinks the same thought process when it comes to creating.
